ReactIn is a LinkedIn automation platform designed for B2B sales and growth teams. The service uses artificial intelligence to automate prospection, outreach, and follow-up on LinkedIn while preserving each user's unique tone of voice.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Using ReactIn implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.
3. Registration and account
To use ReactIn, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Service usage
You agree to:
- Use the service in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms
- Not use the service for fraudulent or malicious purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent the service's security measures
- Respect the intellectual property rights of ReactIn and third parties
- Validate automatic messages before sending when required
5. LinkedIn connection
Using ReactIn requires connecting your LinkedIn account. By connecting your account, you authorize ReactIn to automate outreach, messaging, and follow-up on your behalf.
You remain solely responsible for the content of messages sent via your LinkedIn account, including those generated by AI.
6. Artificial intelligence
Messages generated by ReactIn's AI are suggestions. While we strive to ensure their quality, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
We recommend enabling the validation system for sensitive or important messages.
7. Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Service modification
ReactIn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
ReactIn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

Terms of Sale
1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between ReactIn (hereinafter "the Provider") and any professional or business (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to subscribe to the services offered on the ReactIn platform.
2. Services
ReactIn offers a LinkedIn automation platform for B2B sales and growth teams, enabling AI-powered prospection, outreach, and follow-up while preserving each user's unique tone of voice.
Services include:
- AI-powered LinkedIn outreach automation
- SmartLists with real-time intent signals
- AI message personalization
- Conversation management dashboard
- CRM integrations and analytics
3. Pricing
ReactIn offers a free plan with 50 credits per month. Paid plans and pricing are available on the platform.
Prices are subject to change. The Client will be notified of any pricing changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
4. Payment terms
Payment is made by automatic monthly direct debit via credit card. The subscription is automatically renewed each month unless cancelled.
5. Cancellation
The Client may cancel their subscription at any time from their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Responsibility
ReactIn is committed to providing quality service but cannot guarantee a 100% automation rate. The Client remains responsible for validating AI-proposed messages.
7. Intellectual property
The ReactIn platform, its interface, and features are the exclusive property of the Provider. The Client benefits from a non-exclusive license to use during their subscription.
8. Applicable law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
